CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All cancellations from the moment of reservation and up 7 days before arrival date will receive a certificate for the total of the payment made valid for a year, extended to the person making the reservation; no money refunds will be given.
  • Cancellations made 6 days before arrival or less will result in forfeit of total payment; no certificates or money refunds will apply.
  • No show will result in forfeit of total payment; no certificates or money refunds will apply.

MODIFICATION POLICY

There will be a $50.00 US dollar change fee for any changes made on a reservation after the deposit has been made, with the exception of extending the reservation

  • cancellations from date of reservation until 31 days before arrival will pay 50% of total fee.
  • cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival or less will pay 100% of total fee.

No show will pay 100% of total fee.

We strongly recomend to buy travel insurance for your protection.
